Ingredients:

~ Teas are blended in a shared kitchen where known, common allergens are used. A few of my blends also contain common allergens. Teas with common allergens are noted as such on the product listing and on the label. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. 

 

Shipping: 

 

~ UK residents - at this time, I am unable to take orders from anyone in the UK.

~ Orders are shipped within 5 business days and include tracking. That said, sometimes tracking numbers are assigned before items are shipped. If it's been less than 5 business days but you have received confirmation of a tracking number and are anxiously watching it to see if your package has been sent yet, remain calm. Your tea is coming!

~ Please please please TRIPLE CHECK that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Once an item has shipped it is out of my hands to ensure it is delivered to the right place. Changing addresses after an order has been placed isn't always possible. Do yourself a favor and make EXTRA DOUBLE CHERRY ON TOP SURE that the address is right before submitting your order. (This also applies to ensuring the address on your Paypal matches the one you provide at checkout if you use PayPal to pay. If the addresses do not match or the shipping address isn't an approved address associated with your PayPal account it could cause delays in your order going out.)

Return policy:

Due to food safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to dani (at) callmesweetea (dot) com to discuss your concerns and how we might be able to address them.


Wholesale:

~ We are working on creating a password protected wholesale section to this website! But for now, Call Me Sweetea currently only accepts wholesale orders via email. Please reach out to dani (at) callmesweetea (dot) com to receive wholesale information.

Misc Info:

~ Blend restocks usually happen on a weekly basis. This isn't guaranteed, as sometimes I forgo a week in the kitchen and sometimes I'm not able to restock all sold-out blends in one week. Blend restock day is usually Saturday or Monday.

~ I do NOT provide free tea to influencers upon request. Plain and simple. If I want someone to review my teas I will reach out to them myself. This has and does happen, so if you want to be on my radar build a relationship with me on Instagram. I'm far more likely to reach out to you if I notice your interest and detailed reviews on IG/YouTube/blog than if you slide into my DMs saying, "gimme yo' tea!"

~ WE DO CUSTOM ORDERS - If you are looking for a custom order for party/wedding favors, a special occasion, to pair with your book, etc, please feel free to reach out to me at dani (at) callmesweetea (dot) com with information on what it is you're wanting and your timeline. I do ask for at least 90 days notice for custom orders as I do have busy seasons and if the request comes in too late I may not be able to take on your project.
