If you find there is something wrong with your order upon receiving it please reach out to us. We process refunds for the following reasons:
- Goods damaged upon receiving them due to improper packaging
- Incorrect goods in your order
- Additional issues on a case by case basis
Any and all issues must be reported to Call Me Sweetea within 5 days of receiving your order. Please submit your concerns using our contact us form.
Should your order get lost or stuck while shipping to you, please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number to determine next steps before contacting us. We often cannot do anything on our end until you have an active case number from USPS.
